On Monday, we made an appointment with Scottrade for Thursday.  I talked with them, discussing the 10k, extension, OTC company, uplisting, etc. The broker, Adam, in Garner, NC, 919-772-4461, told me yes, yes, and yes.  I waited, like everyone, for the 10k, yesterday.  This morning, I called Adam, apologized for not driving the 80 miles one way, because the report did not come as expected, yesterday.  He put me on hold, said he had to check in a few places, came back to me and said come on up.  We got there, opened two accounts, one for my wife and one for me, depositing 1 cert into each account, with no additional monies required.  While filling out paperwork, he made one or two calls about the certs, and we continued on.  He said we could see the shares in the account tomorrow evening or Tuesday at the earliest.  If he were to call, we might have to address some concern, if he doesn't call, all is fine.  He said he did not see any problem or he would not be opening the accounts and we got receipts for the certs. Hopefully, we are in the clear and all works out for you and others as well.  CDFT.
