Essentially, they failed to report to the Alberta Securities Commission. They DID report to SEC or then we'd be in big doo doo. This could be resolved very quickly, but the longer the wait, the worse the impact is. So long as they filed with the SEC (which can be verified that they did with audited financials) we're still OK, although I'm sure anyone not able to trade in Alberta is going crazy right now.
