I need to back up on this a little.  I posted on Yahoo that this turned out to be a Form T/Average Price trade, so it was most likely a MM "balancing" pre market and after market trades.  Not sure but that is the most likely scenario.  So what I call the "real" trades are still at .0007.  The 52 week low will show as .0006.  I still say a PR on the rumored news is needed to get the PPS to make any BIG move UP.  All comments welcomed and encouraged.  HAWK.
