Jeffreys letter wasnt posted last I posted -dated jan 19 2012 demanding Mui (CEO of Geo) reply by eom I guess and stating that if satisfaction isnt obtained by CWRN CWRN would bring legal action in CA as per the JVA provisions re CA venue- which clerly state on p10 of jva that CA is venue for anything re the JV
so as I thought Geo did know CWRN's CA suit was coming, so Geo brought action in TX in violation of jva venue provisions perhaps to forestall/delay CWRN's action and try to take control of the legal proceedings- its always important for certain groups like Geo to take control
interesting Shirley was still VP and Sec of Geo at time of Sept 26 2010 JVA
wont paste here -will have to jump thru some other hoops to post part of such pdf
