Kanola I can't PM you because of your settings or due to this ongoing "ignore" problem that Ihangout seems to be causing you with certain posters.  I think arstegall said he is having the same problem. Anyways I appreciate  both replies and I regret being too quick with my words.  It will be a huge welcome when TECO can give us all something to cheer about and some news/success to defend our investments with.
