Wouldn't it have made sense for Treaty to tell us about multiple test wells that needed to be drilled prior to generating Treaty revenues. Also the fact that we would have a lot of difficulty keeping tabs on this project since it was being handled by another company! Don't tell shareholders you are starting a project in early November and then not generate revenues more than 2 months later. This type of announcement doesn't help transparency one iota. It just illustrates more pre-project hype.


Don't announce till all the ducks are in line and everyone is on board!!!!!!!
