Well there is something here you must remember. Shorting 5000 more after all that has been shorted before is no big deal to someone who shorts for a living. When you remember there is not much else they can do I guess it will make sense. They can not sit and wait for the company to announce a great , audited , final and they can not cover.
Shorting is what they know and take it down is their game. It may effect a few but we have been here before. I don't think it will move anyone to sell any at all but they must try because there is nothing else they can do.
