The 10k was due yesterday from what I understand, and because it wasn't filed we've had a tier change.  http://www.otcmarkets.com/market-activity/otc-tier-changes?search=Cdft&searchType=symbol  Down of course, from OTCQB to OTC Pink Limited.  Not sure how/if that affects us going forward with an uplist, but it can't help.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on here?  I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts.
