I have been questioning the LA project for weeks. I contacted IR back before newsletter stopped in December. I wanted to know where we were with the project. The response I got was.... as far as IR knew our equipment was in route. Treaty wasn't leading so they couldn't control a start date.
This was one of the streams to book additional revenues besides drilling. I fear Q3 financials will not reflect strategy changes. July through September of last year is
so long ago, it is almost irrelevant to the current position of the company. October-December would be better to evaluate. JMO
