So, here then is another issue to the low interest in buying (volume) and the sinking (sank) PPS: OTC investors use that information to gauge the amount of volatility that any play can have, and how quickly a price can be affected by buying or selling.
As soon as someone sees 900M....... they run away in terror. Whether it is real or not, makes no difference, it's end of story right there. Read the boards, you will also see "Low Floater" being touted on plays that have potential for growth and movement.
Do I really believe that institutionals and insiders are holding PNCH. Ummm, sorry, that's too much of a stretch. They would have voided their position after it hit a certain percentage loss a long time ago. Are they adding now? At the bottom? Apparently not, as evidenced in the low volume.
I'm pretty sure that the float will be resolved in the near future, but not by revelations of institutional holdings...... at least not at first anyway.
Best.
