Blind, getting a monetary award would be great... getting paid on a timely basis, if ever, is another matter.  Not to mention a possible appeal, however doubtful that may be.  I went thru a similar situation with a contractor.  I sued for fraud, won the case, won the appeal, and would have been forced to post a bond for the amount he owed me, then hope to collect.  Not sure if the same would apply in this matter, but no doubt the turds will do/try anything to save their arses.  JMO.   Just shutting them up will be worth it.
