LAS VEGAS, Jan. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Orofino Gold Corp. (ORFG) Board of Directors are pleased to announce that they have approved Bakken Oil and Gas as the new name of the company. The company is in the process of filing its new name with the state of Nevada, transfer agent and Finra. This process should take approximately two weeks before the name is changed in the trading system.
