The company is in the process of filing its new name with the state of  Nevada , transfer agent and Finra. This process should take approximately two weeks before the name is changed in the  trading system.

The company is currently finalizing its agreement to acquire an Oil & Gas company in  the United States , to become a subsidiary of the company.
