I called $BCAP this morning to get a status update on the shareholder letter (no increase in A/S or R/S amendment).

According to Matt, he was in contact with Broadridge yesterday. The shareholder letters are being emailed Tuesday/Wednesday next week (09/18-19/2012). The hard mail copy is being sent on or around Wednesday/Thursday (09/19-20/2012).

Take it for what its worth.

Broadridge will be getting back to the Company next week with the number of packets that will be needed to complete the mailing. The Consent letter will be sent out either by email or hard mail and shareholders can give their consent by phone, return mail, or internet 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
