Lets say you own 500,000 shares.  You hit the ask for 100 shares.  Broker fee is say $10.00 bucks, so you spend $10.88.  Current share price is .0085, but you buy on the ask at .0088.  You just made yourself $139.12 ($140.00 - $10.88).  Not bad for a few clicks.
