LT, So thx for the update. Can you possibly explain some  things since I am not really familiar with this process?

Have all 70 or so SAI's been submitted by Baltia or just 56% of them?

Has the FAA randomly picked the 9 to scutinize out of the 70 that may have already been submitted? Or have they picked some out of the 56% they reviewed and picking more from the 44% remaining to be reviewed.

U may not know this but hopefully you can clarify.

Seems like they only reviewed slightly more than half and have a whole lot more work to do to get through the remainder. I have no idea how long it takes them to do this process but sounds like it still may be some time for a decision. That is if they pass them all. If they don't then this could go back and forth for some time based on the equation you laid out.
