I'm not naive enough to think that I'm going to receive a reply, let alone a definitive answer to my question about the O/S....... but I only know 1 way to fix a bloated O/S and to prevent convertibles from burning down the house, every time there is a rise in PPS.......... and it's not good. 

I'm very serious when I say: I hope the company has a plan of action and the wherewithal to carry it out.
