I 100% agree: The shares outstanding are an issue now which will need to be addressed.
After re-reading the last fins, and putting some numbers to the calculator, the retirement of Collins' shares is going to be like throwing a pebble into the Grand Canyon...... I would be very interested to know what the current float is, as well.
What is the company's strategy going to be to deal with the O/S issue, and what about the convertibles that are still out there? Every time they mature, they, in essence, dilute the play (for lack of a better way of putting it.)
