Agree! it has to happen and real soon. You can't have it legal in states and be schedule 1 for long. Do we expect MMJ collectives or recreational retailer to carry thousands of dollars in brown paper bags to the bank forever? I say we get news on this before mid February. It is absolutely ridiculous to classify this as schedule 1 drug. Colorado arrest rates are way down...hmmmm. taxes are way up... it wont be long
