Anyone here think it could be the company consistently putting the large blocks at .04 and .039 and holding this back (for the time being)?  I see VNDM and CSTI at .04 today....  The volume has been low but it feels like new shares are still trickling out - but not done in a way to hurt the current position, necessarily.
