Indeed! The PPS can skyrocket quickly on the right news.  Just like it did in January, 2012 to an intraday of .13 and a close of .09.   The shorts covering their NSS arses should propel the MOMO and we could see much higher levels.  TECO needs that spark of surprise to the market.
