I've been here since Jan 2012, when I thought Static was going to air on Comedy Central. I agree with all you have said, finishsuper, about the management and the way this company has been doing business - or lack thereof.
With all the time, money, assets, resources, etc. that have been pissed away in the past 12 months PNCH needs to restore faith in the investment community. At this point I don't think this can come from Steve Samblis, unless he can prove drastic changes in the day-to-day operations. We need a PR team, or at least one person who will answer investors' questions in a professional manner.
I know many of us are upset at the way things went down with Joseph Collins. Some things Steve could do to restore some confidence would be to finalize the Collins 135mm share fiasco, change the name of the company (and the ticker symbol), and start being more upfront about the direction this media firm is heading.
And how about ClearVision? Please share some communication from them: how many airports are we airing in? What shows are producing revenue from those airports? How many doctor's offices are we in contract with? What are the short-term and long-term outlooks of each?
I have no doubt Steve Samblis is a man who has lofty ambitions and a passion for his craft, but as investors we should be sick and tired of hearing about "next quarter". We need results and answers NOW.
