yes the deal with the Enigma financing will not be shares exclusively, it will be part equity in Enigma with Wolverine acting as the holding company, that way the share structure will not increase and WOLV still gets the $10 mil. to develop it. Down side is we will not get the full 25% of Enigma when completed. Final sale price of Enigma Mobile has not been set yet but the numbers passed around are stunning, target is 6 months from deal signing to sale date however we all know that may be optimistic, but it is the target.
