One other comment here and then I will leave it alone. This is a direct copy and paste that I received late last week, from a CEO on another play. Our discussion centered around getting a sluggish, almost stagnant PPS, moving and what the future held (in his opinion) for the shareholders and company alike. 

Again, this is a direct "copy and paste": 

I tell my staff that we run this company, act and build it as if we are General Electric so when the day comes and we are more than a stinky pinkey all of the professionalism, systems and processes will already be in place. 

How much do you think this encourages and excites me about putting my hard earned money into this play? Ohhhhhhhh, you betcha.
