VEDO Acquisition Valuation:
Based on the last known share structure from November, HIDC will get approximately 800 million shares leaving VEDO's shareholders 200 million (assuming nothing has changed).
$100 Million business for 800 million shares comes out to .125/share..not including future revenue, development, and expansion from the Chinese JV.
