joey: Excellent observation. There are now more active market makers on SKTO than I've ever seen. A good sign that shows significant broadening of interest in the stock. In theory, such competition would make price manipulation more difficult. At long last, SKTO is finally starting to get the respect and attention that it deserves from a variety of quarters.
