this is why i always separate out the stock price from the co.s achievements
especially when it comes to the OTC
none of us (investors) like this PPS and imo no one is *green*
imo almost every legit buy done is *red* b4 trade settles .. it's been relentless *compression*
with one exception (sec settlement in jan 2013) for well over 16 months
imo a sale of 4 or 5 or both is quite likely in 2014 .. i find giving dates useless
since it just gets tossed back in poster's face if time line isn't adhered to
and none of us work for the co. let alone are privy to that kind of info >>
just me but i'd expect to see a sale by eo 2nd Q (6.30.14) if not b4
make no mistake this compressed/reset pps is being done to inhibit co.s ability
to seat an indy board .. access quality capital and clearly to uplist
risk rises exponentially the closer legit OTC co.s get to execution
btw .. best advice every given to me on the site known for OTC stock manipulation is to get a quality source of real time level 2
if folks had that they might question the never ending ability by NITE to do what NITE does ..
and file off complaints
like the long who had 25,000 @ 082 on bid today who had 17k *filled* b4 a targeted trade was done @ 081 .. bypassing the balance of his 8000 shares
look at the tape tonight to see how many times those 8k shares get shown (to say nothing of that 17k)
but i digress .. since few will ever file .. rather just complain via SMBs
curious to see if *volume* begins to ratchet ever upward to *comp* out to *record setting*
and the follow up >> April 2011 and Jan 2012 ..
lastly it's pretty clear what the burn rate is .. one would think that leaves 2 options .. by/b4 eom
an 8k on financing is filed .. or it isn't
and if it isn't it's because it's not needed
and if it's not needed it's because sale of a proc
is far closer than i believe .. let's see when mgmt's
next 8k is filed
