I spoke to Jamal today at about 11:50 PM to clarify what I posted. I asked him why they kept giving me different information, and he said there wasn't much he could tell me without seeing the physical certificate... sigh*
So things I know...
1. Scottrade should take the certificate as long as the PPS is over $1.00
2. The stock deposit form can be found at https://www.scottrade.com/documents/formscent...eposit.pdf
**If it doesn't display the PDF correctly and you're using Firefox, go into your preferences, application settings, scroll down to PDF and set the "action" to "open Adobe Reader." Then the link will force the browser to download the form.
3. They need info about the shares and how you received them, so, in my opinion, I would print out the press releases about the issuance of the stock.

1. The delay time after the stock has been deposited can be anywhere from 1-2 business days or 7-10. Jamal said this was based on the stock. I'm leaning toward the 1-2 business days.
