Well if you're a shareholder you have to be one of the most negative shareholders I've ever heard on this board (except that Tech guy).  So, for that reason, I will choose to believe that you are, in fact, not a shareholder or at least not a share holder who has the best interest of this company in mind.  You are someone who wishes the share price to do down and/or wants the company to fail - perhaps meaning your a short, a naked short, a competitor or just someone who doesn't believe in the environment.
