BLWD is probably not required to amend its articles of incorporation unless it changes the make up of its board, but it is free to do so and such an amendment could include proof of HIMR's partial ownership, permits, and other documents and/or document numbers which establish BLWP has the concession. Likewise, BLWD is not required to use the PanamaEmprende System or file an operation notice, but they are permitted to do so which would afford a kind of independent verification of the concession.

I don't think there is any significant conflict in pursuing these tasks and beginning logging. They just need to write up such amendment and pay the Panamanian representatives to file it. Using the PanamaEmprende System can be done by computer, which seems to be part of the point of it. I hope other shareholders will join me in requesting management pursue these tasks. Ease of independent verification is not just important for penny-stock investors, but also for the kinds of financiers we need. I would submit that part of the reason they need to waste time on guided tours is because they have failed to spend time on the kinds of things that make verification easier.
