Great dd Jimmy.  I'd say MSJ/Novamex/Southridge Minerals/Southridge Enterprises has some office folks that make what we see happen.  I remember those pictures from MoMo that showed folks working in the Southridge offices.  Either in Mexico or Dallas I would guess.
