I'm not sure but I do know she has been involved in several deals with Jervis and she helped close the deal for Siga to acquire the acquisition of the Montauban Gold Tailings Claims.  This is definitely someone we do not want involved with DUSS.  She has been banned from the otcbb market by the  SEC.  If she is involved I hope the SEC jumps in and stops this lucrative deal with Jervis.   Only time will tell.  GO DUSS!
