sometimes life is too funny.  Some peeps get a tidbit and think they know the whole story, or maybe just find something to use for an agenda.  One thing is true though, the pendulum swings both ways.
I am sincerely glad that peeps posting here are geared towards finding answers.
The request for help earlier was for my own edification, (some answers had already been found).  I wanted more legal information and opinions.
