If you are averaged down below a penny, say, and the price goes up to $.0329 then back down to $.0157 and you haven't sold, you really didn't lose any money. What are your losses. If you were to sell now you would be in the green. Only those that bought high, say above $.03, and sold after the crash would have any realizable losses.
