Absolutely.  As their revenue streams continue to grow, and their balance sheet continues to improve, we may receive more concrete answers to questions like the one you've posed.  One thing for sure, if he says he's going to do it, then we have a high probability of success that it will occur. Some things do take more time to accomplish occasionally than planned, but so far they have done everything they said they were going to do.  2TRG took longer than expected, but it got done.
