That makes sense to me.  Thanks for the education there BB.  Once they do elect additional people to the BOD, how soon do they need to file that information with the SEC?  And are they appointed or voted in?  When you say they must become cash flow positive in a relatively
short period of time, what timeframe do you have in mind?  TIA.
