JBZ, in my view it's simple.  The website even though outdated was put back up by MSJ/Novamex for a reason as they technically control/own Southridge Mineral, Inc. just like they control/own Southridge Enterprises, Inc. (SRGE).  It's more or less like many stocks we've seen particularly in the OTC that have outdated websites, some for years, that finally come back and are updated either thru a change in operations or come out of the dark and maybe change their name etc.  There are parts of the site that are disabled but other parts that are active i.e., are direct link to the OTC Markets page and a direct working link to Southridge Mineral's twitter account and Facebook page.  I see it as a "coming soon" release.  Why else would they put it out there?
