Well guys, posting is slow on the HIMR board because there is not much to post about without a news release from Hollund Industrial Marine. The ball is clearly in their court, and they must take the lead. It makes little sense (to me) to send the company's Investor Relations guy to Panama to help pull some timber and maybe show someone how to use a camera when investors back home are bagging for news, or at least a little explanation.
Now we all know Hollund is just starting up, and they don't have a lot of people to get everything done. The Class C share restructuring worked out between Peter Meier and Lonnie Hayward should be done, but I suspect these two individuals must be present in Panama for the start-up of operations. The same can be said for Sheldon Roman, because he is the only experienced timber specialist at Hollund. However, Jason Novak sits in an office or cubical at NorthCal. Jason's presence may be necessary if they don't have a twelve year old to snap a few pictures, but he would not have to be there for weeks at a time. So, since we do not know if Jason is in Panama or not, one might conclude he simply took a little time off.
So lets review what is expected to be released at any moment.
1. The Class C share restructuring.
2. The completion of infrastructure (road, ramp, and buildings).
3. Pictures of the above, and photos of timber pulled from Lake Bayano.
4. Details concerning advance orders Meier talked about.
5. Additional orders, and who is placing orders and in what quantities.
6. Purchase of a larger share in Lake Bayano Wood Products Corp.
7. Revenue expectations.
8. Additional concessions.
9. TigerLynk build (when expected and a schedule for completion).
The above news releases are immanent, but even more news should soon follow. This suggest (to me) that flipping could be a problem if one expects share prices to shoot upwards with the release of news. No one wants to chase, and we don't know if share prices will steadily rise unless Hollund intends to release news on a fairly regular basis (something they seem to do in bursts). I suggest all we can do is strap ourselves in and wait for Hollund to inform us. It's frustrating I know, but it comes with the territory.
Consider for a moment, where Hollund will be six months from now, or a year.
