integracer one thing that may answer your guestion-SBRH and Novacab did a reverse merger then a 1:1000 reverse split. I own that new stock , which is now NVOB. Very good company who was private but wanted to go public. They have customers such as IBM, Honeywell, Siemens, L'Oreal and just signed a contract with Coors Brewing, the beer company. But shareholders have not had their new shares of NVOB transferred to their brokerages because Novacab is not DTC eligilble because of the R/M, R/S. Their attorneys are getting it taken care of and we can trade soon. But there is a big  fuss going on about it on I-hub on the NVOB board. They have tons of posters and I guess it just is the topic of the day now for bashers.
