I wondered all along how could these characters be so bold with the upcoming court date?  You hit it hard DTL with the point that their backers will take care of them. Hence, these are not individuals worried about personal losses.

It is my hope that Treaty knows all this and has some guns to fight back.  We shall see soon enough.  I do appreciate all the info you wrote.
