Look at the accumulation chart, based on the accumlation chart alont it looks like the stock was diluted to oblivion, BUT it can also say this thing was naked shorted BIGTIME...the pps was battered today yes, but heavily diluted and down only 21% doesnt jive as well as millions of naked shorts.  You could be right..
