I personally believe their is over 100mm NSS shares baked into TECO's share structure.  I mentioned it two years ago and Mulshine confirmed it.  Coolnapz believes it as well.  Problem is that TECO has done everything other than the right thing to combat it.  If anything they have added fuel to the fire with an increased AS and OS and much BS vs performance.  The latest is advertising qty 5 wells drilled by 12/31 and then missing the date.  Advertising the 10Q3 next week and the week after and the week after that........................IMO most shareholders know more about the microcaps than Reid and Gwyn.
