And you and I and others understand how the OTC's work.  It's a pumper/basher/ flipper/short world.  Absent continued on time and ever improving news that has/will generate meaningful and sustainable revenues, Treaty is no different.  And it's usually always the longs who suffer.  What is disconcerting is that IR updates seem to be the norm vs. timely reporting.  The former should IMO supplement the latter, not provide additional ammo with which to shoot off our own toes.  As always, time will tell.  JMO.  GLTA!  $TECO
