Since I can only buy true pennies or higher, I'm screwed for the time being, assuming I was willing to average down, which I am not.   I'll gladly chase if it turns out to be worth it, in which event, it still will not be too late.  Not interested in catching a falling knife... nope.  IMO.  $TECO
