Marijuana stocks seem to be moving.  At least it's not like watching paint dry.  We can always come back to TECO after Reid and Gwyn graduate from the "ACME College of Oil Business Training"! I do my DD and the answers are constant excuses for delays.  For example "small staff";  why isn't the staff larger at his point in their business plan? What happened to all those 2012 milestones that encouraged many to buy .02's-.07's.  I'm still a shareholder but I'm obvisiously having one of those days.
