As I said, Geo was the shipping facilitator-which means they arranged for the ship for cwrn prior to sept 2011-thus the  bill of lading for the Aug 2011 ship.

CWRN hired Geo to facilitate shipping-thats what Geo and for that matter TMJ Global did as part of their business -was to arrange for shipping for clients.

If you ship something as part of your job on behalf of your employer your name may be on the bill of lading also.
