No problem.
The Broadridge letter serves two purposes IMO: The Amended By-Laws, also a chance for BCAP to get a snapshot of the NOBO list as of 08/24/2012.
Maybe at some point we'll learn about the number of shareholders that control the majority of Common shares. Captgor suggested it was somewhere between 20-25 people owning over 50% of the Common.
