As far as I understand shareholders will either receive a letter via email or via hard mail depending on how they regularly receive communication from their broker. The only caveat is that you have to be a shareholder of 2M or more shares no later than 08/24/2012, i.e. buying 100M shares on 08/25/2012 or later doesn't help for voting purposes now, but it may make you rich sometime in the future when everything is operational and generating revenue

I'd imagine the document will look just like one of the regular voting forms issued by every other company since the document will have a control number and reply can be made via proxyvote.com
