Jaime, good to hear from you.  The latest news is we see in various sites that Southridge Enterprises, Inc. is a subsidiary of Novamex Mineral SA which is based in Mexico.  I believe 2014 will be a great year for merger and acquisitions for gold producers buying smaller exploration companies that own significant valued mining locations e.g., MSJ.  Keep this site on your radar as we have a bunch of good SRGE investor folks here on this board that are constantly looking for more news and analyzing dd.
