My guess is that the CC will be taped ahead of time.  I don't think there will be any live action.  We'll be provided a telephone number to call (toll free I'm sure) and possibly a security code to access the event. 

Then again, it could be a live CC with a moderator feeding Martie shareholder questions that were submitted by the deadline (20 Jan...don't wait, get your questions in).  However, I do not believe there will be live interaction with anyone on the call...we'll all be in a listen only mode.

The company will put out a PR with the specific date, time, number etc most likely a couple days ahead of the event.
